Prodigy Win Big at 98 MTV Music Video Awards:
The Prodigy entered the awards with Smack My Bitch Up,
their newest and most explicit video ever. The video itself
was banned from TV all together but was still found eligible
for the awards. The video now can be downloaded from the downloads area.
The awards they won were Best Dance Video and Best Break- through Video. SMBU was Directed by the amazing Jonas Akerlund. And though they are formally under the UK's XL record label, here in North America, they share Madonna's Maverick Label...
So now with their winning the Brits, some MTV 96 awards and
MTV 97 awards, plus various Much awards, we are seeing a new
dawn for the Prodigy...
